I love my manager, she is what is keeping me at 15Five. Product Market fit is average at best. We are a "nice-to-have" product, not a "need-to-have." I will say that 15Five has a pretty strong reputation in the marketplace, but it is becoming crowded. Leadership has increased quota quarter over quarter since I've been there. This is while people are having a tough time getting to the original quota.

The new sales director Tim is racist and sexist he fired all the black people and is abusive to women. 15Five has went downhill

There was once a time working here was exciting, though now culture has slipped, morale is low and people that were once loyal were taken advantage of.
