Impressed with training - both online and Zoom led, goals and processed were clearly communicated. While sales are technical in scope, resources from sales enablement, systems engineers and order processing guardrails are in place. Contracts are complex and may require research. Management is seasoned with great leaders, mentors are set up on first day.

High expectations from the very beginning. Minimal preparation for consistent challenges. Constant re-orgs. Friction with customers.

My overall experience was okay. Sales and management changes every 6-8 months while i was there. Not bad place if you are starting your career or have the key accounts. Your experience will boil down to what team you are on and management team that you work with. Every market is different. Had a direct and indirect (through partners) sales model.
