This company provides plenty of opportunity for professional development and growth. While it has a lower base, the commission is uncapped with accelerator opportunity. Culture is great.

Run other way. Low base. Small SDR team (2-3 sdrs for 15-20 reps). Def play favorites. Don’t do raises for reps who are killing it. Sales leadership is’ reps who had success. Not fit for leadership roles. Good gig if you have less experience or just getting into the tech space. Tech is average. Needs a makeover. Chief revenue officer is a gem.

My overall experience has been that it is a great organization but could use improvements on marketing leads and fair distribution of leads to account executives. Only a small number of Account Executives hit their quota each month
