Overall experience positive, strong strategy and execution, even during challenging market conditions (eg COVID). Base pay could be improved for sales strategy & enablement roles; CS & AM commission could also use work (though improving)

My overall experience was okay. The team was great and loved my coworkers, and we all shared a strong passion for fitness. There was a disconnect between expectations and reality when it came to quota. My entire team was hitting maybe 5% of quota (during COVID) but OTE was misleading.

Pros- The product is incredible. Cons - Impossible to hit quota, the team extremely lacks diversity, and there is lack of growth opportunities
