Gympass is an easy product to sell, however internally the company has a lot to figure out. There is no direction or support from leadership, leads are scraped from google and often times do not fit the ICP.

Overall experience positive, strong strategy and execution, even during challenging market conditions (eg COVID). Base pay could be improved for sales strategy & enablement roles; CS & AM commission could also use work (though improving)

My overall experience was okay. The team was great and loved my coworkers, and we all shared a strong passion for fitness. There was a disconnect between expectations and reality when it came to quota. My entire team was hitting maybe 5% of quota (during COVID) but OTE was misleading.
