Great for someone right out of college or looking to break into tech sales. Your title is BDR but you get closing experience and do more of an AE role which translates nicely to take another AE role. The company cannot support the sales org needed to drive growth and will not aquire new funding in a high interest rate enviornment. Leadership is also rigid and not adaptable to new enviornments

Horrid, stay far away. Leadership are narcissistic sociopaths, you will NEVER make more than base even going from 0$/month to 100k/month revenue generated. CEO is literally insane.

- High turnover - Poor middle management - Tough work/life balance. You might leave the office around 6 p.m. most nights - No commission structure
