Company is great, lots of potential but they will never get it right on compensation. Have spent tons of $$ on hiring people who will turnover before they ever sell anything to pay themselves off because they will not pay competitive market rates.

A clear lack of sales team leadership was prevalent coupled with blaming reps for performance issues even when assistance was requested. Met some great people & the solutions are very competitive.
