My overall experience was satisfactory. Base compensation could be higher, but at time of hire was in line with industry standard. There is too much emphasis on activity opposed to opportunity creation and qualification, with the goal post being pushed further and further. Product is a leader in the space, but price point compared to our competitors makes it hard to succeed. As a BDR, there didn’t feel like there was much room for growth in the company as they no longer sold to Mid-Market and wouldn’t promote a BDR to an enterprise AE.
