My experience was good in the beginning but got poor over time. Absence of effective sales/BDR leadership for an extended duration, lack of direction & uncertainty in the sales team, isolated work environment. No cohesive corporate values to guide the team's efforts. The sales environment lacks vibrancy/ team-building activities. Little to no coaching and mentoring. High turnover rate among ICs and Leadership. However, good product-market fit. Clients are satisfied with the product and think-cell remains the market leader, although competitive startups are entering the market. Very good salary package and fair commission plan. If you prioritise a laid-back atmosphere where only numbers count, then think-cell might be the right fit for you. If you thrive in a dynamic setting where learning, networking, coaching, mentoring is valued, you'll be disappointed! Enter at your own risk...

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work here. Over 70% turnover in the U.S. including multiple key leadership roles. Great base pay is about the only positive thing to report.
