Horrible experience overall. Do not recommend for anyone new. Only people who make some money will have been there for at least 2 years and they’re not giving anything up nor would management allow them to lose anything given how infrequent deal flow is.

My overall experience was a 3 out of 5. After the pandemic, lost sight of current market landscape. The strategy designed was not a good fit, making the execution of the GTM too timely and poor in terms of attractive offers for prospects and companies. Out of touch will market pulse and competiton.
