Horrible experience overall. Do not recommend for anyone new. Only people who make some money will have been there for at least 2 years and they’re not giving anything up nor would management allow them to lose anything given how infrequent deal flow is.

Great people for the most part. Leadership at the time was toxic and unrealistic. Target was near impossible and to the best of my knowledge nobody hit it
