Good company and be careful to progression ! People in Enterprise are in a sweat spot, complicated to evolve. Since Qlik acquired Talend, everything became complicated.

Pros - The base compensation is good and your coworkers are great. Cons - In my 3 years at Talend I experienced 4 CEOs. Mass layoffs were fairly common. The product hasn’t changed in years due to a small development team. Hitting quota is considered a rarity.

Good experience, Data Management has dried up over the last year. Qlik acquisition illuminated most Talendian sales roles in mid-July. Cut highest paid employees to decrease expenses to go public or be sold by Thoma Bravo.
