Pros - The base compensation is good and your coworkers are great. Cons - In my 3 years at Talend I experienced 4 CEOs. Mass layoffs were fairly common. The product hasn’t changed in years due to a small development team. Hitting quota is considered a rarity.

great experience, not complaints other than no growth opportunity in the organization to move up or laterally.
