Inbound generation is non existent, as constant leadership and strategy changes have affected local resources beyond repairing.

Was with Talend for 2 years as an AE. Had a great experience the first 1.5 years, but it went downhill in Dec 2022. Talend was recently acquired by Qlik and they cut most of the sales org (kept only top performers). Great product but not an easy sell. Tough market right now.
