Not the best place to work. Leadership is average. People are good. No leads, no resources, no incentive. Layoffs and PIP constantly.

Pros - The base compensation is good and your coworkers are great. Cons - In my 3 years at Talend I experienced 4 CEOs. Mass layoffs were fairly common. The product hasn’t changed in years due to a small development team. Hitting quota is considered a rarity.
