The product is fantastic. Blows customer's and prospects minds. But keep in mind that the space is relatively new and customers don't really have a sense of urgency around Synthesia or any products similar to this. It's early days. My overall experience was not a positive one due to cultural issues that stemmed from leadership and middle management. Unrealistic targets. Six figure ACV is not the norm. I also experienced constant 'account chipping' from team-mates. On the plus side, the people on the ground were mostly lovely. The product is good. Market leader.
