The product is solid and has great brand recognition. Competitors are definitely catching up though and the company made great acquisitions on paper, however the two latest of Fugue and Enso weren’t very fruitful for the reps or the product. Seems they acquire and after it happens, the technology is slow to roll out. Also some territories at Snyk are much better than others. It’s a common thing in the sales industry but it didn’t seem like the management team had any plans to fix it. They instead praise the ones in the top territories and ignore the people working really hard to build deals where the brand isn’t as popular. Some managers are amazing while others are the true definition of micro managers.

Strong company, great way to learn how to sell. Low compensation for tenured employees and lack of growth opportunities. The difference in culture and strength of product changed a lot through time. Competitors catching up and becoming more innovative along with post-sales issues & churn are concerning.
