Snyk is a great place to work if you have the right territory and a little bit of luck. Large SDR team that was not managed that well. The MM segment was for sure their most underperforming segment. Quotas were around 300 per quarters. Achievable if you can get inbounds and partner ecosystem working in your favor. Recently did a round of layoffs and completely shifted management around. Saw lots of turnover in the enterprise segment and fired a CRO within 5 months.

Unfortunately, there was little to no path to promotion. This made it extremely difficult to stay motivated. The compensation for internal promotions was laughable. Overall, I loved the tool but it's just not worth it.

This place is excellent if you enjoy working with smart people and learning. The past two years were hard with layoffs and other changes in the market, but with new leadership and internal changes, things seem like they are headed in the right direction.
