Side was ok and the role was fine but the product (becoming a brokerage) did not fit the market they were looking for. They went into it hamfisted and not well.

So much change to the comp plan and role responsibilities. No one hit quota and then they raised quota by a huge margin.

My overall experience was not pleased. The leadership overhired and eliminated 40% of the sales dept. Culture is very cut throat and only 4 people on the team of 12 get inbounds. Partner churn is happening weekly and it’s because we’ve taken away so much of our value and changed our pricing in a negative way.
