My overall experience was not pleased. The leadership overhired and eliminated 40% of the sales dept. Culture is very cut throat and only 4 people on the team of 12 get inbounds. Partner churn is happening weekly and it’s because we’ve taken away so much of our value and changed our pricing in a negative way.

No one hits quota and leadership doesn't care about you. The product doesn't work (Example: We tell agents we recruit for them to grow a team but we don't). Our "proprietary tech" doesn't agree with some MLS. This company has a niche product and after the pricing change it absolutely makes no sense for any agent to join Side
