I think Segment has fallen behind in the CDP space due to resting on its laurels and letting low cost competitors catch up. It’s really hard to make quota without getting lucky on a big deal or 2. Churn is high, inbound leads are slowing, and leadership thinks more prospecting is the answer. Custome.AI seems to be the potential savior here, but we won’t be sure...Read More

My overall experience has been positive the only thing I feel should be changed is the fact that they have an inbound team to work all the inbound leads and send those leads to the AE’s rather than sending those to the SDRs
