Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Too much middle management bloat, too many cooks in the kitchen, unnecessary amount of VPS that do nothing and get paid exorbitant salaries for bad leadership and no results. There is constant pivoting, and they have a team of leaders that won't hold themselves accountable for clarity around : product roadmap, gtm vision, frequent layoffs (there has been 4 in the last year). Accountability for some but not everyone as whole. What once was a great company is currently quickly withering itself away.. I would avoid at all costs. The only thing good here is being remote, the pay and benefits.
