My overall experience was okay for the most part. I enjoyed the friendships I made with my colleagues. I wish there was more support from a leadership stand point. Often was left to problem solve alone or with other associates. Leadership seemed to become busier, often not having time for their team or lacking the time to invest.

My overall experience is positive. But I have concerns about the dedicated services and the turnover on the new business side. You need to give reps time to develop a pipeline to see wins in such large deals but leadership is not patient and looking to develop.
