A person's experience at Schneider will be largely based off of how much work they decide to put into their own book of business. There are thousands of opportunities for new business to be pursued, but there's also a no-haul list (types of products you cannot ship for), which can be very frustrating when you know that competitors will simply pick up where you left off.
If you develop and prove yourself as a professional in regards to closing new business opportunities and maintaining the accounts which you helped to close, Schneider is a good company to look at. With that in mind, you could likely have a similar output at a different brokerage with better compensation and benefits. A lot of people leave for that exact reason.
