They say that one of the core values of the company is “uncomfortable transparency” but leadership doesn’t have conversations with reps whatsoever regarding performance. If they see fit that there GTM strategy was too aggressive and they hired too many reps they simply let the rep go without any PIP. The severance packages are not fair, and medical benefits isn’t given for even a month leaving those families high and dry. It’s not a great product market fit either. CISOs don’t care to try and get budget for CRQM. Don’t come to this company! It’s not worth your time!
