Upper level sales management has recently changed and created a different cultural feel than in years past. The shift has moved to numbers based and metrics rather than human to human selling, building relationships / partnerships and forming a consultative trusted advisor approach. It's sad to see this as it's great technology and has a great reputation among most customers.

My overall experience at Rubrik was highly disappointing. They do not have good management or leadership in place, nor do they want to grow and develop and promote young salespeople on the public sector team.

Solid company that has it's flaws after IPO. Support for customers is going downhill.
