Former Employee Despite have a pretty decent product in the market that works and existing customers overall like - buyer beware! The sales team and process is antiquated. There is no formal training or reinvestment into the sales team to better sales principals. The leadership team is tone-deaf and instead of buckling down to help close deals, they will throw road block after road block in your way. It often takes several days to get customers contracts because the CPQ process is so clunky and manual. No administrative support so you will be building and revising all your contracts (revising A LOT - BizOps loves to decline contract even with the smallest changes needed). Most of the contracts you will be building are not eligible for commission. There is no forward thinking here - no internal development or promotional opportunities. The majority of people that work there are absolutely wonderful humans- and have great industry experience and knowledge. Leadership just has no idea on how to tap into that and leverage it for the better. Stay away at all costs. Browse Other Reviews
