Great company but the product doesn’t move. That’s the case with everything in property management software though. Be prepared for that at any of the PMS providers. Awesome product, the problem is no one switches systems but every 10-15 years and your ICP is very narrow here (no student, no commercial, no self-storage etc.) very, very hard sell. If you don’t want to do site visits and get out in front of people A LOT this job isn’t for you.

Despite have a pretty decent product in the market that works and existing customers overall like - buyer beware! The sales team and process is antiquated. There is no formal training or reinvestment into the sales team to better sales principals. The leadership team is tone-deaf and instead of buckling down to help close deals, they will throw road block after road...Read More
