Great company but the product doesn’t move. That’s the case with everything in property management software though. Be prepared for that at any of the PMS providers. Awesome product, the problem is no one switches systems but every 10-15 years and your ICP is very narrow here (no student, no commercial, no self-storage etc.) very, very hard sell.
