I worked at Realtor.com for over 1.5 years and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. While the company offers some valuable resources and has a recognizable brand, the internal environment leaves much to be desired. Pros: • Well-known brand • Access to some innovative tools and resources Cons: • Leadership Team: The executive leadership team is disconnected from the day-to-day realities of the employees. Decisions are made without considering the impact on staff, leading to frustration and confusion. There is a noticeable lack of transparency and communication from the top down, which fosters a climate of uncertainty and distrust.

My overall experience was misleading. The tenure, clawbacks, KPIs, and job satisfaction was all explained much different during interview / training process than I have experienced in nearly 2 years. Used to be great. Leadership kills any morale by treating us like cattle and adding several unnecessary layers of complexity and micromanagement in the most extreme ways possible. Not a hard sale but made difficult by leadership. Used to pay pretty well. You can crush quota and get reprimanded for not following 1 of 35 (actually 35+) tracked metrics and kpi’s
