A lot of options to sell/upsell customers with their platform but difficult to sell into large enterprises and long sales cycles.

Got stuck in a rock and a hard place with territory. Great product and overall great people but when your territory isn’t your ICP it makes it difficult. Great comp plans don’t mean much if you’re not put in a position to sell.
