Management can't plan and forecast, and sales management does not know how to carve up territories to make them equitable, which leads back to point number one above! Lack of inbound leads means that enterprise reps are SDRs too. Decent product, trying to break the hold of the incumbents in the market which is challenging with the lack of basic brand awareness.
