My time a Pyramid was less than desirable. The comp plan was not as promised and no one achieved quota during the almost 2 years I was there.

Roller coaster of a company, lots of RIFs, but that is what you can expect at a startup. Management can't plan and forecast, and sales management does not know how to carve up territories to make them equitable, which leads back to point number one above! I've done well here. But there are some draw backs around marketing and top of funnel generation. If you're thin skinned and lean too much on others this is not the place for you. But if you can be self sufficient and stay focused, the earning potential here is high. Product is very powerful, when prospects see it, they agree.

Great pay, toxic culture, a lot of layoffs 3-4 layoffs in less than a year. Team went from 30-40 in sales to about 10 people in sales team and 10-20 people in marketing to basically non existent marketing team.
