Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Chaotic company. Constant leadership changes and pivots in strategy. Sales org is affected by frequent territory and account changes. There is a lot of inconsistencies in territory/account assignment, salaries and adherence to policies. Cool product concept but EPD is slow to ship major features, hindering ability to renew and sign customers. The company doesn’t use its own product well and as a result the product strategy is misguided and doesn’t take into account the needs of customers. Low percentage of reps hit quota every quarter - probably 25%. Performance isn’t valued or rewarded fairly unless you are close to leadership. Browse Other Reviews
