My overall experience was negative. Leadership changed direction too often to be successful in GTM. Additionally product market fit for enterprise was still in progress and did not seem to be the key priority for the team.

Not much to say. Culture was great when I joined, then went through a lot of leadership changes and got derailed. Most people on the team lasted less than 6 months and then were layed off on different rounds of lay offs. Some nasty comments were made by leadership. Chaotic company. Constant leadership changes and pivots in strategy. Sales org is affected by frequent territory and account changes. There is a lot of inconsistencies in territory/account assignment, salaries and adherence to policies.
