Productboard is not a terribly technical sale but it is very complex. You’re selling a business system that requires tons of change management and $10-50k in professional services. There are differences of opinion at Productboard whether the company is (or should be) a PLG company or a sales-led company. IMHO most people believe it should be sales-led given the complexity of the sale. Some people think the CEO wants it to be PLG.

Overall the company has been pretty good. Definitely a startup culture still and figuring out processes. Everyone is very helpful and willing to do help anyway possible to get deals done here and not blocked by red tape or politics. Would recommend to anyone
