Overall working at Placer.ai could be ok if you have the right manager and vertical. The current leads are over worked. It is fine. You just need to work ALOT. A lot of micromanagement. I definitely agree with the other reviews stating that micromanagement is horrendous here. A lot of unnecessary group meetings which takes time out of prospecting. Unfortunately the best time to be part of Placer.ai was in 2022. Placer has became extremely toxic culture that lacks transparency. Working for Placer is probably about equal to being in Germany in the 1940s ! The company is promoting SDRs non stop and most of the AE team doesnt come anywhere close to hitting quota but they keep adding more reps.
