Run don’t walk away. They just let go an entire country with no warning. I understand business. This was low ethics.

Great company with great people. Company used to have a layover model with AD's then SME AE's, but changed it so that basically everyone is an AD now. Although, being a PS/SME AE does feel like you are not as important as an AD to the company. Base is not competitive with the market and the newer commission/selling model isn't the best.
