Perficient has no culture and the leadership team avoids any face to face conversations. The firm is just a bunch of acquired companies that continues to work in silos. The history of just being a body shop is what many of our clients continue to believe. Not strategic.

Very immature sales organization with limited understanding of proper lead generation and tools to ensure sales reps are successful. The organization is also very competitive internally which caters to the existing sellers creating a difficult environment for new sellers.
