Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Pretty cool product but toxic sales org starting at the top with all the leaders. Not very diverse and leaders are picking & choosing which deals to go after. Impossible to push a deal forward unless it fits the Observe sales process.
Reps have been tapped on the shoulder and handed opportunities while a big group grinds non-stop without much success.
When it's hard to close a deal, it's inmpossible to make money due to the rigid internal politics and processes.
