nobody hits quota which is table stakes in sales. in sales, i join to make money and under the impression that everyone was exceeding quota which is no longer the case.

Overall experience was positive. Merge has good sales leadership for the most part, but has definitely run into some morale issues due to big quotas and low attainment. Also having lots of issues getting customers live in the first year
