They are excellent for their training but upper leadership (higher than the SDR managers) can be very toxic and not helpful. Don't support you. Feels like they pray on our downfall and don't support the first line managers.

It is a great environment for getting out what you put in. Changed the pay structure to purely results based which is great for hard working top performers
