Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The company experiences high turnover in both individual contributors and management, leading to an unfocused approach for the GTM team. Decision-making often relies on intuition rather than data-driven strategies, resulting in uncertain outcomes.
The product is great and has high potential. The CEO has said many times that "we have a great product, we just need to execute". The execution has been incredibly poor. Partly because there's a high turnover rate and new hires don't share the same vision as tenured employees; partly because the team scrambles and do things last-minute.
I would not recommend joining the GTM team at this time. The team faces significant pressure due to multiple quarters of underperformance and not meeting expectations. Additionally, the onboarding process for new employees is rudimentary. However, team members are driven and make great coworkers.
Unfortunately, I did not feel supported by my leaders. On the surface, they are smiley and act nice to you; however, when push comes to shove and when I needed help, none of them were there to lend a hand. Browse Other Reviews
