I have been at this company selling as a top performer for 7 years. If you like learning and are driven, you will love how they treat employees but this is not a great fit for reps that like to barely hit goal and get by. Very great competition but incredible culture that has virtually no in-fighting for deals. My co-workers and leaders seek to help constantly.

Leadership is inexperienced in the market with little understanding. High turnover in a specialized market leads to increased micromanagement. Tough to succeed here.

There are reps that do very well there. It depends greatly on which territory you get to work. There are a lot of talented people working there.
