Current Employee2.7Sep 12, 2023Really enjoy the product, customers, and colleagues. Made good money and been a top performer but remain underpaid on base compared to male colleagues. As new people join, the company pays less and less. Leadership doesn’t value talent. Need to step it up with de&i.
