The rest of the reviews you'll read here sum it up well. Leapsome took a downturn in the past 12 months leading most of the skilled talent to resign. Company went downhill after the funding round. Compensation was never exceptional and while they adjusted it a few times, it remains sub-standard for AE roles. Combine that with very high ARR targets, now almost certainly unattainable, and you've a recipe for disaster.
