Leapsome strives to have an engaging and open company culture. While they do well in that regard, support for the Sales organization is lackluster/unsuccessful making it difficult for most AEs to hit target regularly.

Company went downhill after the funding round. Compensation was never exceptional and while they adjusted it a few times, it remains sub-standard for AE roles.
