Leapsome strives to have an engaging and open company culture. While they do well in that regard, support for the Sales organization is lackluster/unsuccessful making it difficult for most AEs to hit target regularly.

Company went downhill after the funding round. Compensation was never exceptional and while they adjusted it a few times, it remains sub-standard for AE roles. The rest of the reviews you'll read here sum it up well. Leapsome took a downturn in the past 12 months leading most of the skilled talent to resign. For those that stay there is not much to look out for. Compensation has historically been low, AEs have been working on commission rates between 3% and 6%.
