Former Employee3.4Jan 11, 2024Company went downhill after the funding round. Compensation was never exceptional and while they adjusted it a few times, it remains sub-standard for AE roles. Combine that with very high ARR targets, now almost certainly unattainable, and you've a recipe for disaster.
