My overall experience has come with very little inbound - it meant that each disco call comes with a life or death price tag. The brand doesn't interest anyone outside of a previous user - therefore sales are incredibly hard to come by thus the higher than average base salary.

Culture is horrible, but the base salary is on par with industry standards. Product is good, but hard to sell because of its complexity.
