Leadership lacks vision, constantly moving targets, lever pulls every month, unrealistic OTE, etc. are just a few of the frustrations over the past couple of years. Not to mention most of the C levels are first time positions, have left or been fired, and current CEO is the PE operating partner and does NOT value experience, expertise, or loyalty.

Fishbowl's sale leadership is great but the problem is outside of sales leadership, there is no alignment on what to do to help drive and convert sales.
